KitchenAid’s factory refurbished products are items that may have been excess inventory returned from a store, they could have been returned from a customer, or may have been used in a photo shoot. Our factory refurbished products may or may not have been used.  Once these units are returned to our factory, they are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and returned to original mechanical and electrical condition. These products may contain cosmetic blemishes. KitchenAid’s factory refurbished products include a 6 month warranty.  KitchenAid does not represent or warrant refurbished products as first line goods.

Our showroom is located on Route 202 in East Winthrop, Maine (View Map of our location) and is OPEN to the public Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm. Please note that we have literally thousands of restaurant equipment and supplies items in stock, and simply have not had time to get them all listed online. If you don't see it, PLEASE ASK, we probably have it or can get it! Most products you see here are available for immediate pickup or shipping from our showroom, unless noted as Special Order. Some items are better suited to being shipped direct from the manufacturer.
